Pay & Earnings

  • Earn $84,000–$96,000+ per year (depending on division)
  • Average $1,625–$1,845 per week
  • Starting pay: $0.63–$0.675 CPM
  • Weekly guarantee pay
  • $1,000 PRE (Pre-Employment Evaluation) pay
  • $1,000 Flatbed training bonus
  • Travel, lodging, breakfast, and lunch provided during training
  • Additional $0.01 CPM introductory performance bonus
  • Referral Bonuses
    • CDL-A drivers: $1,000–$2,000
    • Non-CDL referrals: $500

Position Details

  • Home most weekends
  • Average 2,000–2,300 miles per week
  • Late-model, well-maintained equipment

Qualifications

  • 6+ months of OTR flatbed experience
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • At least 21 years old
  • Must live within the hiring area
