Top Pay & Bonuses

  • Earn $60,000–$77,000/year (Depending upon experience)

  • Weekly Guarantee Pay + Pay for Performance Bonus

  • Additional Pay:

    • Tarp & UnTarp Pay: $25

    • Load Pay: $20-$30

    • Detention Pay

  • PRE + Training Pay:

    • Experienced: $1,000 PRE + $1,000 Training

    • Students: $750 PRE + $700 Training

Home Time & Route Details

  • Guaranteed home weekends

  • Up to 2,000 miles per week

  • Runs mainly: 200-500 mile radius of Columbia, TN
