Pay & Earnings
- Top Glass Drivers Earn $105,000+ Per Year
- Experienced drivers earn $85,000–$100,000+ annually
- Weekly average: $1,550–$1,900
- Starting pay: $.69–$.745 CPM
- Weekly Guarantee Pay
- 89% pre‑loaded freight
- $1,000 PRE (Pre‑Employment Evaluation) pay
- $1,000 Flatbed Business Unit Training
- Travel, lodging, breakfast & lunch provided
- Performance Bonus Program
- Referral Bonuses:
- CDL-A Drivers: $1,000-$2,000
- Non-CDL Referrals: $500
Position Details
- Home every 12–14 days
- 2,000–2,300 miles per week average
- Late-model, well-maintained equipment

Qualifications
- 6+ months of OTR flatbed experience
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 21 years old
- Must live within the hiring area
