What You'll Do

Pre-load open-top chip trailers

Secure and prepare loads for transport

Spot trailers in the yard using yard tractors

Operate front-end loaders and bulldozers

Work safely and efficiently as part of a team

Perform general dock and yard duties as assigned

Schedule

Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Guaranteed Home Daily

Starting Pay

$22.00/hour (CDL-A holders)

$20.00/hour (Non-CDL)

Additional $0.50/hour night shift differential

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must live within 50 miles of Gurdon, AR

Heavy equipment operating experience required

CDL-A preferred (higher starting pay), but qualified non-CDL candidates are encouraged to apply

Experience operating forklifts, loaders, bulldozers, yard tractors, warehouse equipment, or in trailer loading/securement is a plus
