What We Offer:
Competitive Pay:
CDL-A Glass Sponsorship Truck Drivers (<6 mos. Experience) Pay:
- Students earn $70,000 - $85,000 in their 1st Year!
- Weekly Average ranges $1,350-$1,600/wk.
- Student starting pay: Glass $.62/mile
- Weekly Guarantee Pay (after going solo)
- $.02 increase at 3 mos. & 6 mos.
- $750 PRE (Pre-employment evaluation) Pay
- $700 Flatbed Business Unit Training
- Travel, lodging, breakfast and lunch provided
- $400 Graduation Pay (paid out on first dispatch)
- Performance Bonus Intro Rate $.01 cents/mile

- Based upon the experience of a hired driver
- Drivers who are considered a rehire are not eligible for the referral bonus payout
