Pay & Bonus
Starting Pay: $28/hour +$1/hr Shift Pay (CDL-A holders)
$3,000 Sign-On Bonus (available for CDL A Holders)
Weekly pay + consistent hours
Full-time, local — HOME DAILY
What You’ll Do
Spot trailers in dock doors
Prep, secure, and tarp glass loads on flatbed or drop deck trailers
Work as part of our securement team ensuring load safety and quality
Get guaranteed home time every day

Qualifications
Must be 18+ years old
CDL-A Required
Warehouse, forklift, or dock experience a plus (not required)
Ability to work in a team-focused, safety-first environment
Must live within 50 miles of Carleton, MI

Full Time Local CDL-A Dock Worker Enjoy:
Shifts available - full time:
- Monday-Friday, FLEX 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (Flexibility and CDL-A required)
- Starting pay rate: CDL: $28/hr + $1.00 shift pay
- Paid PRE (Pre-employment evaluation) Pay and Training!
- Monthly Technology Stipend

- Prep trailers, secure, and tarp glass loads on flatbed or drop deck trailers
